Volleyball Recap: Columbia Academy Wins Going Away Against Zion Christian Academy

Columbia Academy not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 19, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Zion Christian Academy Eagles 3-0.

One reason for the win was Columbia Academy's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-23, 25-7.

Columbia Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Zion Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Columbia Academy will face off against rival Providence Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Zion Christian Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe St. Cecilia Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
