Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oxford Prep). They blew past the Henderson Collegiate Pride, posting a 53-19 win. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Griffins with their most commanding win of the season.

Oxford Prep's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-7. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 16.3 points per game. As for Henderson Collegiate, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oxford Prep will welcome Excelsior Classical Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Henderson Collegiate, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Roxboro Community at 5:15 p.m. Roxboro Community will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Henderson Collegiate surely won't give up without a fight.
