The team also got some help courtesy of Conner Wickham-Barkuloo, who scored 20 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists.
Wellpinit's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Mary Walker, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Wellpinit beat Mary Walker 86-74 when the teams last played back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wellpinit since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
