If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Ridgeview. Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Battle at 7:00 PM on Friday. Ridgeview strut in flaunting some offensive muscle with an average of 43.666666666666666666666666667 points per game.
Ridgeview put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season two weeks ago. They blew past Gate City 35-7. The victory was familiar territory for Ridgeview, who now have six in a row.
Meanwhile, Battle strolled past Central with points to spare last Friday, taking the game 20-0.
Their wins bumped Ridgeview to 6-0 and Battle to 3-3. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Ridgeview and Battle clash.
