Meanwhile, Harvey came up short against Geneva on Wednesday and fell 57-48. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Harvey in their matchups with Geneva: they've now lost five in a row.
Despite their loss, Harvey saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Braylon Johnson, who scored 11 points, was perhaps the best of all. Armani Hall was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Even though they lost, Harvey were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Wickliffe bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Harvey, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
