Softball Recap: Mcarthur Has No Trouble Against Everglades

McArthur's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 13-4 margin over the Everglades Gators. Considering the Mustangs have won three contests by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

McArthur has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. Everglades now has a losing record of 3-4.

McArthur will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Plantation at 6:30 p.m. on April 1. As for Everglades, they have already played their next game, a 24-9 victory against Deerfield Beach on the 19th.
