Drew Squires was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
In other batting news, Andrew Houk was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Ty Bonta was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Hart County has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Green County struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 2.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
