D'Hanis extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jackson Cross. The Cowboys simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Leakey Eagles 82-22 for which the team can thank Cross, who shot 58% from the field en route to 27 points and seven boards. The contest was his third in a row with at least 20 points.

Another player making a difference was Kase Braden, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.8% field goal percentage.

D'Hanis' win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Leakey, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

D'Hanis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 38-33 victory against Utopia on the 6th. As for Leakey, they have also already played their next matchup, a 70-11 defeat against Brackett on the 6th.
