AMANDA THOMPSON was dynamite on Tuesday, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than two hits. For the year, she has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 5.25 over 42.7 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.385/0.500/0.962 with 11 runs and just as many RBI.

Coming up, THOMPSON and St. John Paul II will venture away from home to challenge Florida State University High School at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers haven't beaten the Seminoles recently, having gone 0-3 since February of 2015.
