Blakely Barber was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 18 over seven innings pitched. Those 18 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI.
