MacArthur posted their closest win since August 28th on Tuesday. They skirted past the Jay Mustangs 3-2. The Brahmas haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
MacArthur was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-23, 20-25, 25-21, 15-10.

MacArthur's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ella McCoy, who had 16 digs, 11 kills, and one block. What's more, McCoy racked up 20 assists, the most she's had since back in September. Abigail Wells was another key player, getting 17 kills, 11 digs, five blocks, and two aces.
MacArthur was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in five consecutive matchups.
Wynsdae Pacheco and Isabella Ramirez certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Pacheco had 28 digs, while Ramirez had 14 digs and four aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Izabella Pulido, who had nine digs and one assist.
MacArthur's record now sits at 25-12. As for Jay, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 23-12.
