St. John's/Tipton Catholic added to the longest winning streak in Northern Plains (8 Man) this week by beating Victoria, 22-16. The win marks 11th in a row for the the Bluejays.
St. John's/Tipton Catholic and the Knights played the most contested game in the league this week, with St. John's/Tipton Catholic eventually emerging with a 22-16 victory. Trey Dubbert threw for 151 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 10 yards during the win.
Osborne's Jake Tiernan and Brandt Wolters led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Tiernan has thrown for 1,353 yards this season, while Wolters has 35 catches for 578 yards. Lincoln's Zac Walter leads the league in rushing yards with 1,545.
Connor Eilert of the Keith Kresin's team is only 74 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 129 carries Eilert has put up 926 yards this year.
Pike Valley made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 843 from 914.
