Agua Fria has won eight straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Deer Valley has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Owls will welcome the Skyhawks at 5:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.
Last Thursday, Agua Fria got the win against Greenway by a conclusive 3-0.

Agua Fria can attribute much of their success to Xavier Matthews, who had four digs and two aces. Matthews is also crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 12 every time he's taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Deer Valley made easy work of Thunderbird on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Skyhawks haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Deer Valley was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14, 25-17.
Agua Fria better keep an eye on Seath Brightwell. He was instrumental in Deer Valley's win, getting 19 digs and three aces. That's the most digs Brightwell has posted since back in March.
Deer Valley was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive games.
Agua Fria has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Deer Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 18-7.
