Millard South's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Amarion Jackson, who picked up 160 receiving yards and a touchdown.
It was another big night for Brady Bousquet, who rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 61 receiving yards. Bousquet was no stranger to the big play, connecting with a big catch that went for 60 yards. Dylan Kingston got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Millard South's defeat dropped their record down to 10-2. As for Elkhorn South, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.
