Volleyball Recap: Grand Terrace Wins Going Away Against Notre Dame

Grand Terrace barely beat Notre Dame the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Grand Terrace was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Notre Dame on Thursday. That three set margin sets a new team best for Grand Terrace this season.

One reason for the win was Grand Terrace's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-11.

Grand Terrace's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Notre Dame, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Looking ahead, Grand Terrace will head out to challenge Fontana at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Notre Dame, they will host Rubidoux at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
