On Monday, Paul Public Charter International faced DC International in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Paul Public Charter International Pirates escaped with a win against the DC International Dragons by the margin of a single free throw, 71-70. The Pirates' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
