Baseball Recap: W.S. Neal's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

W.S. Neal's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They walked away with a 10-6 win over the Charles Page Sandites. The high-scoring effort was just what the Eagles needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Easton Grace was excellent, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Eli Stone was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

W.S. Neal moved to 9-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Charles Page, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Looking ahead, W.S. Neal will take on New Brockton in a tournament on Monday. W.S. Neal is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Charles Page, they will host Ponca City at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
