Community Christian put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Non Varsity Opponent, posting a 54-6 win. The Warriors' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Hayden Yelverton continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 87 yards and two TDs. The team also got some help courtesy of River Bryan, who picked up 65 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Community Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Parker Dehls picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
