Meanwhile, Joseph City stacked a 15th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 61-34 victory over Dishchii'bikoh. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Joseph City has posted since December 21, 2023.
April Neill was her usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Gabrielle Jesmer, who scored 16 points along with five assists and four steals.
Hayden's defeat dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Joseph City, they pushed their record up to 21-7 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Hayden took a serious blow against Joseph City in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 64-10. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Hayden was down 40-7.
