Bemidji barely beat Brainerd the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lumberjacks never let the Warriors get on the board and left with  a   7-0  victory  on Friday. The  matchup marked the Lumberjacks' most dominant  win of the  season so far.
 Kobe Brown was a  major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with three  RBI and one  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Gunner Ganske, who  went 3-for-4 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  double.  Eli Kringen also deserves some recognition as  he  scored his first  runs of the season.
Bemidji's record is now 6-1. As for Brainerd, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5-1 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bemidji will square off against Grand Rapids at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Brainerd, they will face off against Fergus Falls at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
