On Friday Calvary Christian Academy take on San Diego Jewish Academy at 2:15 PM. Calvary Christian Academy don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
Calvary Christian Academy ended up forfeiting their contest against Julian 0-2 last Friday. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the state rankings mixed up the winning team.
Meanwhile, San Diego Jewish Academy took a serious blow against Foothills Christian, falling 14-53. This makes it the second defeat in a row for San Diego Jewish Academy.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. We'll see if Calvary Christian Academy are able to find more success (and make for a more exciting match than their last) when the teams meet up.
