Wheaton Academy put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Monday. They blew past the Yorkville Christian Mustangs 11-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Wheaton Academy.

At the plate, Wheaton Academy got a massive performance out of Jacob York, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Clegg, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Wheaton Academy's win bumped their record up to 27-4. As for Yorkville Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
Wheaton Academy will stay at home for another game and welcome Ridgewood at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Yorkville Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
