The ESAT Grizzlies had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 40-33 to Alliance Bloomfield. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for ESAT in their matchups with Alliance Bloomfield: they've now lost four in a row.
Several Grizzlies players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jonah Vasquez, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Niel Gabriel Sanchez, who scored 12 points.
ESAT's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Alliance Bloomfield, their win bumped their record up to 1-3.
ESAT will look to defend their home court on December 7th against University Prep Value at 3:00 p.m. As for Alliance Bloomfield, they will head out on the road to face off against East College Prep at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
