South Cobb lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jordyn Martin, who scored ten points. LaDashia Taylor was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
South Cobb's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-8. As for St. Pius X Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.
South Cobb won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Pebblebrook at 3:00 p.m. on January 13th. Pebblebrook has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 18. As for St. Pius X Catholic, they will head out on the road to take on North Atlanta at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
