Meanwhile, Rampart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell just short of Pueblo Centennial by a score of 6-5.
Liberty is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Rampart, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.
