Addyson Weaver turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. She pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off ten hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Those hits marked the first that she allowed this season.

Looking ahead, Weaver and Massac County will welcome Anna-Jonesboro at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 139 places lower in Illinois), but they're not letting that get them down.
