Soli Hughes posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out five batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
