Putnam came out on top against Centennial on Wednesday thanks in part to Nolan Edwards's efforts. Edwards didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. The performance also marked the most strikeouts (three) he has had since back in April.

Edwards and Putnam will take on Parkrose at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Kingsmen are a perfect 9-0 against the Broncos going back to April of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
