Meanwhile, Coastal Christian had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Kern Resource Center 50-16 on the road. The Conquerors pushed the score to 44-8 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors cut but never quite recovered from.
