Softball Recap: Commerce Wins Going Away Against Campbell

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Commerce). They put the hurt on the Campbell Indians with a sharp 17-1 win on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win got Commerce back to even at 3-3-1. As for Campbell, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Commerce and Campbell will both be playing Harts Bluff the next time they take the field. The Tigers will head out to face the Bulldogs at 12:40 p.m. on Friday, while the Indians will host them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
