The Trinity Prep Saints fell victim to the Berean Christian Bulldogs''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. Their tough 21-0 defeat to the Bulldogs might stick with them for a while. Trinity Prep has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Trinity Prep's loss was their seventh straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-8. Sadly, the team can't blame their woes on tough opposition, as that stretch included 1-8 Berean Christian and 2-8 Orangewood Christian (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 30.7% over those games). As for Berean Christian, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-8.
Trinity Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Berean Christian is on the road again on Friday and play against Cedar Creek Christian at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. Cedar Creek Christian will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
