After a string of four wins, Lincoln-King Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 63-62 to the Lighthouse College Prep Academy Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 63-62 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Lincoln-King Academy's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-2. As for Lighthouse College Prep Academy, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-10.

Lincoln-King Academy will head out to take on Summit Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lighthouse College Prep Academy, they will challenge Varsity Opponent at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
