Conestoga's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Grace Rodis, who scored nine points along with three steals, and Alyssa Batt who scored two points along with three steals. Rodis has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
Conestoga bumped their record down to 2-11 with that defeat, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Falls City, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Conestoga will square off against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Falls City, they will head out on the road to take on Johnson County Central on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nebraska (Johnson County Central is ranked 181st, while Falls City is ranked 169th).
