Thackerville was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Webbers Falls 42-17. The Wildcats came in at 19 in the state poll after placing at number 32 last week.
Maud and Destiny Christian played the most hotly contested game in C District 4 (8 Man) this week, with Maud eventually emerging with a 36-30 victory.
Arkoma's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Nathan Gragg threw for 46 yards and Tyree Noldon had 46 yards receiving. On the ground Noldon chipped in 75 yards.
The Mustangs' Gragg and Noldon have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Gragg has thrown for 350 yards this season, while Noldon, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has 13 catches for 296 yards. Sasakwa's Forrest Henry leads the league in rushing yards with 443.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Thackerville takes on Southwest Covenant. As it stands, Cody Mccage's team is in third, while the Patriots are in fourth.
Midway took down Bokoshe 52-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
