After a string of three wins, the Fountain Inn Fury's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were beaten by Wren 73-43. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Fountain Inn in their matchups with Wren: they've now lost four in a row.
Abijah Franklin was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 29 points and 15 rebounds for Wren. Franklin also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Campbell, who scored 15 points.
Fountain Inn's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Wren, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

As for Wren, they will be playing at home against Southside at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Southside will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 160th, while Wren is ranked 22nd).
