Yucaipa's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Brody Valles , who threw for 216 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Ethan Ortiz was in the mix too, providing Yucaipa with two touchdowns.
Cajon's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Yucaipa, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3.
