There's no place like home for Northside, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the American Christian Academy Patriots on Thursday as they made off with a 12-2 victory. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 contests by six runs or more this season.

Northside's win bumped their record up to 20-8. As for American Christian Academy, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 23-12.

The teams wasted no time getting back out on the field as they've already faced off again: they played to a 4-4 draw later that day.
