After a dominant win in their match last week, Chamberlain were humbled on Friday. They took a 8-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Groton. If Chamberlain were expecting to get some payback for the 7-17 loss against Groton the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.
The loss dropped Chamberlain back to even at 2-2. The victory bumped Groton's record up to 3-2.
Next week Chamberlain take on Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central at 7:00 PM. Groton will be staying on the road, facing off against Mobridge-Pollock.
