After flying high against the Woodward Polar Bears last Saturday, the Ross Little Giants came back down to earth. Ross fell 48-41 to Northview on Thursday.
Ross' loss came despite strong showings from Michael Stover and Dekentre Hardin. Stover scored 11 points along with 8 rebounds, while Hardin scored 13 points. Ryan Tucker was another key contributor, scoring 6 points.
Ross' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Northview, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Ross' road trip will continue as they head out to face Columbian at 7:00 p.m. on December 9th. As for Northview, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Southview at 7:15 p.m.
