Beloit had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They came out on top against the Larned Indians by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Beloit took both sets by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-8.

Addyson Channell paced Beloit's offense, picking up five kills. Channell got some help from Colbi Stroede and her nine assists. Stroede was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Beloit's win bumped their record up to 29-8. As for Larned, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-25 record this season.

Beloit didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Hoisington on the 20th. As for Larned, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Colby on the 20th.
