Simmons put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 28-6 margin over the Port Gibson Blue Waves. Fans of the Blue Devils have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Simmons' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Port Gibson, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Simmons will venture away from home to challenge Leland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Port Gibson, they will head out to take on Ouachita Parish at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Waves will need to watch out since the Lions have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests.
