The Harford Tech Cobras's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. Their tough 65-44 loss to Aberdeen might stick with them for a while. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Harford Tech has scored all season.
DARION PARRIS was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points for Aberdeen. That makes it five consecutive games in which PARRIS has scored at least 25% of Aberdeen's points. Another player making a difference was AUSTIN CARTER, who scored 11 points along with six assists and four steals.
Harford Tech bumped their record down to 1-4 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Aberdeen, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
Harford Tech won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Joppatowne at 5:15 p.m. on December 20th. Joppatowne knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matches -- so hopefully Harford Tech likes a good challenge. Aberdeen will be home for the holidays to greet Loyola Blakefield at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
