Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Calhoun County). They never let the Orangeburg-Wilkinson Bruins get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Monday. The victory was some much needed relief for Calhoun County as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Calhoun County's win bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Orangeburg-Wilkinson, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Coming up, Calhoun County will welcome Thomas Sumter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Orangeburg-Wilkinson will be paying especially close attention to the Saints' game: after the Saints face off against the Generals, they'll take on Orangeburg-Wilkinson again at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
