Anna's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ayonna Cooper, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Cooper is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 11 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Holland Jackson, who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds.
Anna is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. As for Van Alstyne, their loss dropped their record down to 16-11.
Anna will be playing in front of their home fans against Ranchview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
