Boulder City entered their tilt with Democracy Prep Agassi Campus on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Democracy Prep Agassi Campus Blue Knights 15-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Steven Uszynski made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Uszynski was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Cael Starley, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. That stolen base was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Spencer Aten, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Boulder City now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Democracy Prep Agassi Campus, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coming up, Boulder City will be taking part in a tournament against Herriman at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Boulder City knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Herriman likes a good challenge. Democracy Prep Agassi Campus will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sunrise Mountain at 3:30 p.m. on March 24th. Sunrise Mountain has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12 runs per game on average), something Democracy Prep Agassi Campus will no doubt try to take advantage of.
