This season hasn't been kind to the Proctor Raiders, who are still winless after their fourth game. They took a 40-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of Holland Patent. Proctor was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Holland Patent apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Michaela Cushman continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Holland Patent, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Cushman has scored all season. Terralyn McLaughlin was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with two steals.
Proctor's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Holland Patent, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Proctor will head out on the road to square off against Henninger at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Holland Patent, they will be playing at home against New Hartford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. New Hartford comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
