Canyon never let their opponents score on Monday. They blew past the Troy Warriors, posting a 39-0 victory. Considering the Comanches have won six matches by more than 21 points this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Canyon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Kylani Sexton, Maya Conklin, and Remington Glenn picked up one apiece.

Canyon's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.0 points over those games. As for Troy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Canyon will face off against Cypress at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Comanches' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Troy, they will take on El Modena at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Vanguards' defense has only allowed 12.4 points per game this season, so the Warriors' offense will have their work cut out for them.
