Volleyball Recap: Stagg Extends Winning Streak to Four

Stagg waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Rich Township Raptors by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 two weeks ago.

Amelia Kadamus paced Stagg's offense, picking up ten kills. Kadamus got some help from Maggie Gasienica and her 17 assists. Kadamus also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Katy Zumerchik, each putting up two.

Stagg's win bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Rich Township, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 18-10 record.

Coming up, Stagg will face off against Andrew at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rich Township has already played their next matchup (against Thornton Fractional South), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
