Calhoun didn't get the result they wanted in their first game with Needville on Friday. They put up a good fight, but they still had to settle for second after a 3-2 defeat on Friday. They were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Needville apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

Guilherme Leuenroth did their best for Calhoun and scored.
Calhoun's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Needville, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calhoun will take on Rice Consolidated at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Needville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Brazosport at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
