The High Point Academy Grizzlies can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They blew past Brashier Middle College Charter 70-50. The victory was nothing new for High Point Academy as they're now sitting on six straight.
High Point Academy was led to victory by DeAnthony Ross and J'Sean Sanders. Ross scored 19 points along with six rebounds, while Sanders scored 12 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Mike Mallory, who scored 11 points along with five assists.
High Point Academy's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Brashier Middle College Charter, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. High Point Academy the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Christ Church Episcopal at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th. Brashier Middle College Charter will take on St. Joseph's Catholic at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
